gouaches

selection of small gouaches on archival board or paper from the last 2 years or so. gouache is a opaque watercolor medium that layers up like oil paint. it's very portable and ideal for taking outside for small studies, then re-working and developing more in the studio.
some of these works will be included in a one-person exhibit in the faulkner west gallery in march, 2016.
